Seller Onboarding Guide
Sign UpWelcome to Plan Access, the NDIS marketplace platform by Care Access! We're excited to have you join our community of sellers offering valuable services to individuals within the NDIS community. This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully onboard as a seller on our platform.

Step 1: Sign Up
- Visit the Plan Access website.
- Click on the "Sign Up" button for sellers.
- Fill in the required information to create your seller account.
- Review and accept the seller terms and conditions.
Step 2: NDIA Approval Process
- After submitting your sign-up form, our team will initiate the NDIA approval process on your behalf.
- Your onboarding form will be submitted to the NDIA for their review and approval.
- Pase be patient as the NDIA evaluates your information and qualifications.

Step 3: Notification of Approval
- Once the NDIA approves your onboarding form, you'll receive a notification from Plan Access.
- Congratulations! You are now officially approved to offer your services on Plan Access.
Step 4: Creating a B2B Device with Care Access
- Our team will reach out to you to begin setting up a B2B device.
- This device ensures seamless connectivity between your systems and Plan Access, enhancing service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure successful device setup and testing.

Step 5: Listing Your Services
- Log in to your seller account on Plan Access and proceed to list your services according to the provided guidelines.
Step 6: Go Live
- Once your services are listed and your B2B device is operational, you're ready to launch. Regularly monitor your service listings and promptly respond to inquiries from potential clients.
Step 7: Providing Services
- Upon a client selecting your service and making a booking, you'll receive a notification.
- Coordinate with the client to deliver the service as per the agreed schedule.
- Maintain open communication and uphold a high standard of service quality.
Step 8: Managing Your Account
Ensure regular logins to your Plan Access seller account to manage listings, update information, and track bookings.Timely address any client inquiries or concerns, as well as queries from Care Access support.
