Vendor Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Plan Access. By signing up as a Vendor on our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering your account.
1. Definitions
- "We," "us," or "our" refers to Care Access, the operator of Plan Access.
- "Vendor" refers to individuals or businesses listing goods or services for sale on Plan Access.
- "Goods" refers to any products or services listed on the platform.
- "User" or "Customer" refers to buyers using the platform.
2. Vendor Eligibility
To register as a Vendor, you must provide accurate business and contact information and agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to your business and sales.
3. Listing Goods
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of your listings. All goods must meet Australian Consumer Law standards. Misleading descriptions or prohibited items are not allowed and may result in suspension.
4. Orders and Fulfilment
Vendors are solely responsible for managing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and professional manner. This includes packaging, shipping, communication, and managing returns or disputes.
5. Fees and Payments
Plan Access may charge commission or service fees on sales. These fees will be clearly communicated and are subject to change with notice. Payments will be made in accordance with the payout schedule set by Plan Access.
6. Returns and Disputes
Vendors must comply with the platform’s return policy and cooperate with any dispute resolution processes. We reserve the right to mediate or intervene in disputes where necessary.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Vendors must not engage in fraudulent, illegal, misleading, or harmful conduct. This includes manipulating ratings, violating customer privacy, or infringing on intellectual property.
8. Intellectual Property
By uploading content or images to your listings, you grant Plan Access a non-exclusive license to use that material for marketing and operational purposes.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts at our discretion for breach of these terms or any harmful activity to the platform or its users.
10. Privacy and Data
Vendor information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must also handle customer data securely and comply with privacy laws.
11. Modifications
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Vendor Portal implies your acceptance of any changes.
