How It Works

Step 1: Complete the registration form and add your NDIS profile details (if applicable). As part of setup, we’ll verify your details against Medicare records to ensure accuracy and eligibility.

Step 2: Browse and shop online — look for the NDIS Eligible logo to know what can be claimed.

Step 3: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Step 4: At checkout, the payment path automatically adapts to your plan type:

  • Self Managed – Pay upfront and use your invoice to self-claim with the NDIA.
  • Plan Managed – Complete billing & shipping, then click Proceed to Pay. This creates an order we’ll forward to your plan manager for approval and payment.
  • NDIA Managed (Agency Managed) – Select NDIS Checkout. If the item is eligible, you can check out instantly. Non-NDIS items can be paid by card.
