Payment Issues

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, check the following:
  • Ensure your card details are correct.
  • Confirm that you have sufficient funds.
  • Contact your bank to see if they have blocked the transaction

Why was my payment unsuccessful?

Credit payments may fail due to incorrect payment details, insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank restrictions. If this happens, please try again, use an alternative payment method or contact your card issuer.

NDIS payments can also fail for various reasons, with the most common being insufficient or unavailable funding in the category you are purchasing. For PACE Participants, please ensure you have endorsed the vendor you are purchasing from as a provider at the category level for the item you wish to buy. You can log into the participant portal to endorse the vendor, or you and your nominee can call the National Contact Centre at 1800 800 110 for assistance and endorsement. Make sure to complete this step before checking out with your plan.

If an NDIS payment fails you will have the opportunity to add the failed items to your cart to check out using another payment method

Can I split the payment between my NDIS plan and another method?

Yes, some vendors allow partial payments using an NDIS plan and another payment method on a per-item basis. Simply use the drop-down box in the cart view to select your preferred payment method.
