Deactivating or Deleting an Account
How do I deactivate my account?
If you want to temporarily deactivate your account, go to "Account Settings" > "Deactivate Account." You can reactivate it anytime by logging back in.
How do I permanently delete my account?
To delete your account, visit "Account Settings" and submit a deletion request. Please note that this action is irreversible, and you will lose all data, including past orders and invoices.
Can I transfer my account to another person?
No, accounts are non-transferable for security reasons. If you need a new account for another participant or provider, they must register separately.
