How do I place an order?

- Visit the Plan Access website and sign up for an account if you haven't already.
- Log in to your account using your credentials.
Explore the Marketplace
- Navigate to the marketplace section of the website.
- Browse through categories or use the search bar to find specific products.
- Click on a product to view its details, including description, price, and seller information.
Add Products to the Cart
- Click "Add to Cart" for products you'd like to purchase.
- Review your cart to ensure accuracy.
Check Out
Using a Credit Card
- Click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Review your order summary.
- Enter delivery and payment details.
- Confirm the order and click "Place Order."
Using the NDIS Payment Gateway
- Follow the checkout steps above.
- If NDIS products are included, service bookings and claims will be processed automatically.
- PACE participants must endorse vendors in the participant portal or by calling 1800 800 110.
- If your plan does not cover a product, you can choose an alternative payment method.
Using Both Credit Card and NDIS Plan
- Follow the same checkout process as above.
- NDIS-related purchases will be processed accordingly.
Track Your Order
- Receive confirmation via email or dashboard.
- Track your order through your account.
- Contact Care Access support for any issues.
Receive and Enjoy Your Products
- Inspect your order upon arrival.
- Contact support for any issues.
- Enjoy your purchase!
