How do I place an order?

  • Log in to your account using your credentials.

Explore the Marketplace

  • Navigate to the marketplace section of the website.
  • Browse through categories or use the search bar to find specific products.
  • Click on a product to view its details, including description, price, and seller information.

Add Products to the Cart

  • Click "Add to Cart" for products you'd like to purchase.
  • Review your cart to ensure accuracy.

Check Out

Using a Credit Card

  • Click "Proceed to Checkout."
  • Review your order summary.
  • Enter delivery and payment details.
  • Confirm the order and click "Place Order."

Using the NDIS Payment Gateway

  • Follow the checkout steps above.
  • If NDIS products are included, service bookings and claims will be processed automatically.
  • PACE participants must endorse vendors in the participant portal or by calling 1800 800 110.
  • If your plan does not cover a product, you can choose an alternative payment method.

Using Both Credit Card and NDIS Plan

  • Follow the same checkout process as above.
  • NDIS-related purchases will be processed accordingly.

Track Your Order

  • Receive confirmation via email or dashboard.
  • Track your order through your account.
  • Contact Care Access support for any issues.

Receive and Enjoy Your Products

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Contact support for any issues.
  • Enjoy your purchase!
